About

LEGACY LAW FIRM, LLC

I’m incredibly honored to continue the Raihle family’s legacy as a fourth-generation attorney in our small-town community. My faith and family have shaped me into the person and attorney I am today, and this foundation is reflected in every case I handle. At Legacy Law Firm, LLC, I serve clients across Chippewa County, Eau Claire County, Barron County, Buffalo County, and Dunn County, offering personalized assistance in areas including Family Law, Estate Planning, Real Estate, Probate, Guardianship, and Business matters. I’m passionate about supporting small, local businesses, farming communities, law enforcement, and military members—groups that are vital to the heart of this region. When you step into my office, you’ll find a warm, welcoming environment that’s committed to integrity, honesty, compassion, and selflessness. It’s my goal to meet you where you are, understand your unique needs, and guide you through the legal process with care and dignity—because building a lasting legacy is about more than the law, it’s about people and community.

Welcome to Legacy Law Firm, a solo-practitioner law office serving the Chippewa Valley. I am Lexi, the founder and owner. I am very proud to be part of the legal network serving this community.

I was born and raised in Chippewa Falls. I attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire for college and then went on to attend the Mitchell Hamline School of Law in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Upon admission to the Wisconsin Bar Association, I began my practice in River Falls and subsequently returned to the Chippewa Valley, having gained valuable experience. I discovered that there truly is nowhere like Chippewa Falls. I practiced at my family's firm, Raihle Law Office, S.C., where I was fortunate to have worked alongside my dad and some of the most incredible coworkers and clients.

After spending the first years of my practice exploring diverse areas of law, I have specialized in family law, including Termination of Parental Rights and Adoption, Divorce, Child Custody and Placement, and Child Support. Additionally, I have expertise in Estate Planning, Probate, Real Estate, Business, and Guardianship.  I also serve as a guardian ad litem for children, elderly, and vulnerable populations, which is one of the most enjoyable and rewarding areas of my practice.

When not at the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two dogs, friends and family, being outdoors, exercising, hunting, reading, volunteering, and ministering to the community. I am incredibly passionate about a holistic lifestyle, mental health, and supporting local farmers and businesses. I aspire to have a hobby farm with cows, chickens, and goats someday.

I am very proud to be a fourth-generation attorney in the Raihle family. My faith and family have been foundational to who I am as a person and an attorney. The name of my firm, Legacy Law, is in part to honor the legacy my family has created while acknowledging that the legacy we all leave is what we make it to be, regardless of where we have come from. The legacy I intend to leave in this community as an attorney and a citizen is one of faith, integrity, honesty, compassion, selflessness, advocacy, generosity, and dignity. I look forward to meeting you, getting to know you and your unique circumstances, advocating for you, and creating a comprehensive and personalized experience to meet your legal needs.
